Our goal at Cowo & Crèche is to create a warm and supportive environment that feels like an extension of your own home. Our dedicated team of caregivers is trained to meet the unique needs of infants, ensuring that your baby receives the personalized attention and care they deserve.
Here are a few things I’d like to share to help you feel more at ease:
Our daily routine
We follow a flexible schedule that caters to each baby’s individual needs. We understand that every baby is different, and we adapt our routine to accommodate feeding, napping, and playtime based on your baby’s preferences and developmental stage. You can always communicate any specific routines or preferences you have, and we will do our best to incorporate them into your baby’s day.
Health and Safety
Your baby’s health and safety are our top priorities. We maintain strict hygiene protocols, including regular handwashing, sanitizing toys and surfaces, and ensuring that all caregivers are up-to-date on vaccinations. We also have a clear illness policy to protect all the children in our care.
Communication
We believe that open communication is key to building a strong partnership with you. You will receive daily updates via Brightwheel app on your baby’s activities, including feeding times, nap durations, diaper changes, and any special moments we capture throughout the day. We use a secure app to share these updates, so you can stay connected even when you're apart from your little one.
Expectation and Support
We understand that leaving your baby for the first time can be challenging. It’s natural to feel a range of emotions, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. If you ever have any questions, concerns, or just need to talk, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me or any member of our team. We’re here for you, and we want to make this transition as smooth as possible for both you and your baby.
What to bring
To make your baby’s transition as smooth as possible, we recommend bringing the following items: - Enough diapers and wipes for the day - Bottles of formula or breast milk (labeled with your baby’s name) - A change of clothes (or two!) - Any comfort items your baby may need, such as a favorite blanket or pacifier
